2. Project scope and usage
Reliatech work is delivered according to agreed scope, milestones, technical requirements, and client approvals. Any new feature, integration, environment, platform, or business rule may require a revised scope and timeline.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content, required third-party access, and approvals needed for delivery.
3. Ownership and intellectual property
Ownership of custom deliverables, source code, documentation, designs, credentials, licenses, and third-party assets is handled according to the signed agreement for each project.
Reliatech may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, internal libraries, reusable methods, know-how, and generic technical approaches that are not unique client deliverables.
Access credentials, source repositories, hosting accounts, and production environments must be handled securely by all parties.
4. Refund and cancellation policy
Refunds, cancellations, credits, and milestone adjustments depend on the signed proposal or service agreement. Completed discovery, design, development, deployment, support, and third-party costs are generally not refundable unless the agreement states otherwise.
5. Compatibility and third-party services
Software systems often depend on browsers, devices, operating systems, APIs, payment gateways, SMS or email services, cloud platforms, and other third-party providers. Reliatech cannot control external provider outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or API changes.
6. Account termination and suspension
Reliatech may suspend access to a hosted service, support channel, or project environment when required to protect security, prevent abuse, respond to non-payment, or comply with legal obligations.
