Job Description

Reliatech projects need stable hosting and careful operational support after launch. This role helps configure environments, manage deployments, monitor services, support backups, and investigate production issues.

You will work closely with engineers to keep systems maintainable, observable, and ready for planned improvement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain cloud or VPS environments
• Support deployment, rollback, monitoring, and backup procedures
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
• Document environment details and support runbooks
• Coordinate maintenance windows and technical handovers
