Job Description

Reliatech builds custom web platforms, ERP and CRM systems, POS and inventory platforms, mobile apps, AI automation, and integrations for growing businesses. This role supports deployment readiness, environment configuration, operational monitoring, backups, access control, and post-launch reliability.

You will work with engineering and delivery teams to review infrastructure risks, prepare production environments, document support procedures, and respond carefully when incidents or configuration issues appear.
